3.4 Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect details.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
4.2 Refunds are subject to review and are not guaranteed for same-day or completed deliveries.
4.3 In the event of non-delivery due to our fault, a full refund or redelivery may be offered.

5. Returns and Complaints

5.1 Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.
5.2 If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.
