3. Delivery Policy
Deliveries are available within Surigao City and selected nearby areas.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our cutoff time (subject to flower availability).
Delivery fees vary depending on location and will be confirmed upon checkout.
We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, natural calamities, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
4. Substitution Policy
Due to seasonal availability or supply issues, certain flowers, fillers, or packaging may be substituted with equal or greater value items while maintaining the overall design and quality of the arrangement.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery may be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Orders that are already prepared, in transit, or delivered cannot be canceled or refunded.
In case of unsatisfactory products due to our error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details (recipient’s name, address, and contact number).
We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
